Call recordings
IIf you want to protect yourself against costly, time consuming disputes or if call recording is
a regulatory requirement then you should consider recording calls.
We offer standalone units which connect to either Analogue, PRI or ISDN2 lines.
These units have a built in hard drive which all of your calls are stored onto and they
all have optional CD-RW drives for archiving. All of these units have built in
LAN ports which allow for the archiving of your recordings over either LAN or WAN.
These units can either be self installed or engineer installed.
IIf you prefer a hard-wired solution then visit our multi-line page. These call recording system can be installed in your communications room and has the advantage of being secure and tamper proof. They can be configured to either record from your telephone lines or from the extension side. Calls are generally recorded to a hard disc unit with a DVD for archiving and storage purposes.
On both systems you can access and search for calls either through the recorder itself or using software at your desktop PC. These types of systems are suitable for anyone with a high volume of calls or where verbal contracts or financial transactions are carried out by telephone.
