How does it work?
We will give you a dedicated number to divert your calls to. Your new P.A. will answer your
calls in YOUR company name and explain that you are out of the office. Callers will assume
they are talking to a member of your staff. We let them know that we will ask you to call as
soon as you are available.
How do I divert my calls?
You can divert calls from your landline AND your mobile. Simply choose whether you wish to:

We provide instructions for how to set this up. You will need Call Diversion from your line provider (e.g. BT) to do this.
How do I get my messages?
Your Virtual P.A. will send a text message to your mobile for any urgent calls (e.g. Sales or Service). Non-urgent calls are logged and sent to you at the end of the day as an e-mail summary. You can call the office at any time to check on messages.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £25 per month, and work on a sliding scale of charges. For example, 100 calls in a month works out to less than £100, and 500 calls in a month works out to just over 50p per message.
How quickly can I go live?
We can normally get you up and running on the same day. All we need is A: A company letter-head and B: The front page of your latest BT bill. The more information you can give us about your company, and how you would like your calls answered, the better.
